Granted it's not ice cream but it tastes awesome and has no fat! I have tried all the major brands i.e. Baskin Robbins, ColdStone (in NY), Haggen Daaz. This place is my current favorite, as it has many great flavors that actually taste like the name (try double cookies and cream, it actually tastes like biting into an oreo). It is also self-serve and the price is right: 30 cents an ounce! There are no shortage of toppings both healthy (bannana, mango etc.) or candy and syrups.Check it out, you won't be disappointed.
